Vehicle-Only Rentals

  • Rental Period:
    • The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times specified in the rental agreement. Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
    • Our minimum rental duration for vehicles within cities is set at 4 hours.
    • In regional areas, our minimum rental period is 8 hours.
  • Driver Eligibility:
    • The driver must meet the minimum age and license requirements as specified by the Renties Au. Additional drivers should meet the same criteria and be listed on the rental agreement.
  • Payment:
    • The customer is responsible for all charges related to the rental, including rental fees, fuel, tolls, fines, and any additional services or equipment.
  • Fuel:
    • The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental, unless an option for pre-purchase of fuel is chosen.
  • Insurance:
    • The customer is responsible for obtaining and providing insurance coverage for the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Damage and Cleaning:
    • The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be billed to the renter.
  • Traffic Violations and Fines:
    • The customer is responsible for all traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period.
  • Prohibited Use:
    • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing unless explicitly permitted by the rental company.

Vehicle with Driver Rentals

In addition to the terms and conditions mentioned for “Vehicle-Only Rentals,” the following may apply:

  • The driver should adhere to legally required rest and break periods, and the renter should be aware that the driver may need rest during longer trips.
  • Drivers are allotted a 20-minute break for every 4 hours of work to ensure their well-being and alertness during their shifts. Safety and rest are our priorities.
  • Drivers are scheduled for a 45-minute lunch break during their 8-hour work shifts, allowing them to recharge and refuel for optimal performance. We prioritize their well-being and productivity on the road.

Driver-Only Services

  • Additional Cost:
    • The customer is responsible for covering additional charges, including driver’s accommodation and allowances, in instances where the driver works away from their home location.
  • Driver Rest Periods:
    • The driver should adhere to legally required rest and break periods during extended services.
    • Drivers are allotted a 20-minute break for every 4 hours of work to ensure their well-being and alertness during their shifts. Safety and rest are our priorities.
